This is Crystal Lagoon in Chile, a man-made pool with an area of about 8 hectares (861,113 square feet), 1 kilometre long (3,280 feet) and holding about 2.5 million litres of water (660,000 gallons). It holds the Guinness World Record for World’s Largest Pool, it took over five years to build and cost about $1.2 billion. Here are some spectacular photos of this incredible place.
